In a non-competitive environment, ladies are taken through warm-ups, stretching, general fitness enhancement, and of course - play soccer.
Rules are taught as part of the on-going development.

Per Session Fee:
If you don't want to commit to joining a season or are joining late into the season, just pay as you go. You can pay for each session you attend at $15 per session. This fee must be paid at each session. You still need to fill out a registration form once for each season (not each session). Pay as you go members must purchase a uniform for $30 and a ball for $10. Must have shin guards.
Outdoor Summer 2013 Women's Fitness
Runs from May to August on Monday & Friday evenings at David & Mary Thomson CI School.
Runs from 7:00pm to 8:30pm (will end a little soon starting in mid August due to sunset).
No soccer on long weekends. .
Includes uniform & ball. Regularly $229. Check main page for specials if any.
Indoor Winter/Spring 2013-14 Women's Fitness
Runs from November to May on Sunday afternoons at West Hill CI School.

What you need:
Gym/soccer gear (shorts or sweat pants, t-shirt or jersey, socks).
Shin guards (JFK will have them for sale for $15).
Registration and payment if you haven't done so already.

From 2009 Summer . . .
Outdoor Summer Season
Women from ages 18 to 55 get to play soccer in a relaxed atmosphere. Lots of beginners and some with experience join together for fun and fitness. In a non-competitive environment, ladies are taken through warm-ups, stretching, general fitness enhancement, and of course - play soccer. Rules are taught as part of the on-going development. Health and nutrition is covered and a video classroom session at the JFK Club House is included. Registered players can attend either Monday or Friday evening sessions from 6:30pm to 8:00pm at the Thomson location.
Remember, it's all about fun, so keep it friendly and safe. Participate at your own level. Due to the large number of registered members, we expect to split the program into two different levels: one for beginners and one for greater skill and fitness level.
Ladies can also register for the 3v3 Tournament Women's Divisions which is played in the middle of the summer. All participants receive a medal and are scheduled for a minimum of 3 games. Division champions receive trophies too. Only $10 extra per player.
Players wishing to purchase equipment such as shin guards (mandatory), socks, shorts, etc, can do so at the JFK Club House at 445 Midwest Road, Unit 35. Shin guards are also available from the instructor at the field.
