TO REGISTER: You can use any 1 of the 3 methods to register:
1. Register on-line.
Register a Youth Player (age 3 to 18) or adults (18+). Registering on-line saves you time! This is done with or without paying on-line. To pay, see the PAYMENT notes below. Register Now.
2. Register in person. Click here for a Printable Registration Form.
Bring the Printed Registration Form (go here if you need Acrobat Reader to view the form) & fee to one of the registration sessions. You can alternately, register on-line and bring the payment in-person. To pay, see the PAYMENT notes below.
3. Register by mail.
Fill out the Preprinted Registration Form. Mail it along with the payment to our mailing address. You can alternately, register on-line and mail the payment. To pay, see the PAYMENT notes below.
Payment must be received within 10 days of on-line registration. Payment can be done by using any one of the following methods:
1. Visa or MasterCard: Either through secure online transaction or call the Just For Kicks Soccer Hot Line and give your credit card number, expiry date, card holder name and person(s) you are paying for. You can alternately choose to mail this information along with the On-line Registration Receipt or completed Pre-printed Registration Form to our mailing address or bring your credit card in person to the next registration session.
2. Cheque or money order: Mail the cheque with the On-line Registration Receipt or completed Preprinted Registration Form to the Just For Kicks Soccer mailing address or pay in person at the next registration session.
3. Cash: Go to the next registration session with the cash and On-line Registration Receipt or Preprinted Registration Form.

REFUNDS: Absolutely no refunds are given. In lieu of a refund, members can request to transfer the registration fee to another season/program or exchange for JFK Store merchandise, but the request must be made in writing before the first session and a $20 administration fee is deducted. If it is after the first session, no transfers or exchanges are given. All equipment, uniform and JFK property that was given to the member, must be returned to the Club in the same condition as it was distributed within 5 days of the request. Late fees, NSF fees, admin fees & other service charges are non-refundable, non-exchangable and non-transferable. Equipment & merchandise are non-refundable. Acceptance for exchange or transfer may take several weeks and during peak busy periods, may take longer.
